Hi there! I’m Lucy Malia, also known as Illuminlucy. I recently began my tattoo career at Space Time Love, but I have been a traditional artist for nearly a decade focusing on murals, sculptures and textiles. After obtaining my degree in Fine Art at The University of Illinois, I came back to Chicago to continue my practice. My tattoo apprenticeship began in January of 2025 and I have been tattooing since. I’ve been deeply immersed in the tattoo world for many years, so it has been a dream come true to be able to bring people joy with my art! My tattoos reflect my personal art style but there are notes of (neo) traditional and new school within my work. I love bold lines, bright colors, and weird themes.

I am always available to talk about your latest tattoo ideas but also have a wide range of custom designs. I respect all cultures, ethnicities and gender identities and work on all shapes and sizes.
