Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, they do! Some areas more than others, but the pain is generally bearable.

There are some particularly tough areas, but in certain cases, the tattoo can be divided into several sessions to make it more manageable and to avoid overworking the skin.

We typically recommend that you come in well-rested, sober, and fed. This will make the session much smoother and the pain more tolerable.

You are also welcome to bring some snacks, water, or drinks.

We generally advise against wearing an outfit you love, as tattooing is a messy craft, and you risk getting blood and ink stains, which are really hard to remove.

Also, dress comfortably for your session. If you’re getting your upper arm tattooed, you can bring a tank top, or if you’re getting a specific area tattooed, wear something that allows us to work more comfortably and access the area with ease.

You will never be asked to get naked unless it’s absolutely necessary, and you are welcome to request a privacy screen from your artist for more private areas if you wish to feel more comfortable.

We also provide nipple pasties when working around the breast area if needed.

Just ask! We are eager to assist you and provide the most comfortable experience possible.

Yes, you can.

Generally, we recommend coming alone, as it’s a small space and it can get a bit crowded on busy days. However, bringing a plus one is usually no problem.

For more than that, please check in with your artist beforehand.

(No micromanaging will be allowed by your companion. Suggestions are fine, but if your plus one starts directing us or you, they will kindly be asked to leave.)

We generally prefer and ask our clients to eat before coming to their appointments. However, if for any reason you didn’t have time or need to order some food, you can eat with us in the back. You are also welcome to bring snacks to sustain you through your session.

Each artist handles their bookings individually. So, when you find the artist you like (check out our portfolio page), fill out their booking form or reach out via email, and they will respond as soon as possible.

Please be aware that we are busy, and a response may take anywhere from a few days to a week. Messages are never ignored, so just be patient.

Thank you.
